We are Renn and Steph and we are passionate about food and drinks, especially anything fermented. This blog is a look into our day-to-day discoveries – be it recipes, products, beers and brewing, uncommon food knowledge, or local establishments.
Our desire is to share our combined 20+ years of experience with food and craft beer with anyone we can. From offering custom brew packages and catered events to sourcing hard-to-find brewing ingredients – we work to bring our passion for beer and food to you.
We are based out of the Pacific NW and reside on a 10-acre urban farm where we grow several varieties of hops including Cascade, Centennial, and a few hybrids of our own.
When we aren’t working we enjoy traveling to new places, hiking around the beautiful NW, antique hunting, and of course, always trying new food and beer along the way.
